Go to Wikipedia and pull up Billboard's Hot 100 list (or the UK Singles Chart if you're from across the pond). List the number one song the week of your birthday for each year. Explain any impression or connection you may have with the song. And if you feel the urge, link to YouTube.

1977-Tonight's the Night (Gonna be Alright) by Rod Stewart-I don't know a whole lot about this time period since I was a newborn, lol. I do like the song.

1978-Shadow Dancing by Andy Gibb-Same as above except I don't know the song. Not a Gibb fan.

1979-My Sharona by The Knack-I love this freaking song!!!!!!!!!!! I know that this is one of my Aunt Loretta's favorite songs! I was still a toddler when the song came out.

1980-Call Me by Blondie-I like this song, but no memories come to mind with it.

1981-Bette David Eyes by Kim Carnes-I don't think my mother likes this song anymore, lol. I would play it all the freaking time. This was the year I got my first stereo and this single and I would play it over and over again.

1982-Physical by Olivia Newton-John- I have this album on vinyl! I was a huge fan of hers and it all started from Grease!

1983-Every Breath You Take by The Police-I love The Police. My cousin, Sam was born this year. We took a trip to Texas to see him.

1984-When Doves Cry by Prince-I was living in Mobile when my cousin got this album for her birthday. Some of my happiest times were when we lived in Mobile as a child.

1985-Careless Whisper by Wham!-I don't think I know this song.

1986-That's What Friends are For by Dionne Warwick and Friends-My sister and I would sing this song at the top of our lungs.

1987-Walk Like an Egyptian by The Bangles-lol, my sister and I would get up and start walking like egyptians when this song woul come on. This was also the year we moved away from Mobile. I didn't want to move, but we had to.

1988-Faith by George Michael-I remember having a huge cruch on George Michael, boy was a sad panda years later, lol.

1989-Look Away by Chicago-This was the year I moved to Houston, Texas and the year my grandfather (mom's dad) passed away. I was very sad this whole year.

1990-Hold On by Wilson Phillips-I love Wilson Phillips-I remember getting settled into life in Texas.

1991-Everything I Do (I Do It For You) by Bryan Adams-I remember watching RobinHood: Prince of Thieves and thinking he doesn't have an english accent. I didn't think it was right.

1992-End of the Road by Boyz II Men-This was the End of the Road for Junior High and on to high school. I was very nervous going to high school. This was when it from 3 different Junior Highs to one High School. I was very unsure of myself at this time and worried about what everyone thought.

1993-I Will Always Love You by Whitney Houston-puuuuuuuuuuuke...I hated this damn song. I like Dolly Parton's version better. I turned 16 and got my license this year.

1994-The Sign by Ace of Base-This was the year my grandmother (dad's mom) passed away. We didn't even know she was sick.

1995-Gangsta's Paradise by Coolio-This was the year my Grandma (mom's mom) passed away. I was a junior in High School. I also got a part as an extra In the Movie Tin Cup, but couldn't do it because my uncle (dad's brother) passed away. This is also the year I started my senior year. I also got my first car.

1996-Macarena (Bayside Boys Mix) by Los del Rio-This song was played at prom. Wow, so many memories from this year-graduation, senior musical, One-Act play competition, did very well in Drama this year. I also moved back to Mobile and started school at Spring Hill College this year.

1997-Candle in the Wind 1997 by Elton John-The death of Mother Teresa, which didn't get nearly as much coverage as the death of Princess Diana. My cousin's oldest daughter Ashley was born in September. This was the happiest part of the year.

1998-Too Close by Next-My club song. My sister and I would go clubbing just about every weekend. We always went to Cabo Beach Club at the Ramada Inn. Its actually where we hold a lot of the Mobicon events now, lol. I turned 21 this year.

1999-Believe by Cher-My Junior year of college. This is when I decided to change my major, wrong mistake! My sister and moved off campus into our first apartment.

2000-Breathe by Faith Hill-hmmm, senior year of college. Was only going to take a beak from school, but I still haven't gone back. My cousin got married.

2001-Hanging by a Moment by Lifehouse-Kenneth and I started dating on January 3. My sister moved back home to live with our parents. September 11th was a horrific day. Kenneth took me to Arkansas to meet his dad and stepmom. We had a car accident while leaving his dad's and totaled the car. Was hard to find a rental cal, because this was the weekend after September 11th and no one was flying.

2002-How You Remind Me by Nickelback-My cousin had her 2nd child, Cayden in September.

2003-In da Club by 50 Cent-This was the year that Kenneth and I got married. We were hitched on July 12th. It was a busy first half with the wedding planning and working. The wedding was so much fun.

2004-Yeah! by Usher-Kenneth's grandfather passed away. Kenneth, Jeff, and I moved into the house. Kenneth and I lost our jobs at Cingular. Hurricane Ivan hit. Wow was a bad year!

2005-We Belong Together by Mariah Carey-Hurricane Katrina hit this year, enough said.

2006-Bad Day by Daniel Powder-I started working for Comcast and Kenneth got promoted to store manager and took the store in Panama City. I started getting things ready to move. On December 31 I moved to Panama City. My uncle (mom's brother) passed away. Found out that I was pregnant!

2007-Irreplaceable by Beyonce-Had a miscarriage in February. My cousin had her 3rd child, Blakely on April 5th. My dad had surgery to remove an aneurysm.
